Accessing my wholesale customers’ past sales activity is a snap in Cellar while providing rich data sets for my ongoing CRM efforts. The same goes for any Direct-to-Consumer reporting.

Since we started using Cellar in the wineshop 3 years ago, the POS has been very reliable and accurate especially since the payment amount doesn’t have to be entered manually on a separate device. Also, with Cellar tracking foot traffic through the wineshop we’ve been able to compare tasting bottles to actual sales allowing us to optimize sales, reduce waste, and improve our staff training focus.

I’ve been using Cellar for well over a year now and overall it has been a great experience. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate even for beginners.
